==[ About This Project ]==

== Purpose ==

This tool aggregates issues from multiple browser bug trackers (Zen, Brave, Chromium) to assist in security research and aid developers. By providing a unified view, filtering, keyword highlighting, and similarity analysis, it aims to streamline the discovery of related bugs and potential vulnerabilities across different codebases.

== Features ==

  • -Fetches issues from Zen Browser, Brave Browser, and Chromium issue trackers.
  • -Uses caching to minimize API calls and improve performance. *(currently default cache is every 10 minutes)*
  • -Allows filtering issues by source tracker.
  • -Highlights potential vulnerability-related keywords in issue titles.
  • -Calculates semantic similarity between issues across different trackers. *(currently only compares on latest issues, so less matches)*
  • -Provides dedicated pages for viewing all issues and similar issue pairs.

== Roadmap ==

Potential future enhancements (subject to change):

  • -
    Add more bug trackers:
    • -Firefox/Bugzilla (Done - Apr 27, 2025)
    • -WebKit (for regular bugs)
  • -Implement saved searches/filters.
  • -Add already known security issues to separate section. (Done - Apr 27, 2025)
  • -Add automated notifications for new interesting issues.
  • -Investigate methods for accessing WebKit security issues.
  • -Refine UI/UX based on feedback. (Initial pass Done - Apr 25, 2025)
  • -Explore historical data analysis. (currently only shows the latest issues)
